Our Process begins with Pre-Construction Services which incorporate preliminary budgets, value engineering, site inspections, scheduling and pre-ordering of long lead materials. Although each task is essential to the total success of a project, the establishment of an accurate budget is the first step pf controlling a project’s cost.

· Environmental is known for preparing the most analytical and accurate budgets in the industry. We welcome the opportunity to review our methods with you during a private meeting

· We believe that good value engineering is the implementation of alternate means and methods to accomplish the design intent for the lost possible cost. We do not believe that value engineering means the elimination of design elements.

· Timely completion is an integral component to the financial success of a project. Therefore, we prepare our schedules based on the anticipated material availability, sequence of work, and manpower needed for each specific project. This schedule will also identify those items which must be pre-ordered so as to insure a timely project completion.
