Project Supervision:

Through diligent coordination and monitoring, our Superintendent is able to orchestrate the timely completion of a quality product which is indigenous to design and the Client’s public image. Although the tasks are many, these are but four critical points.

 Monitor and inspect the work of the various craftsman to insure that the work is being performed in accordance with the contract documents and our expected quality level.

Obtain the necessary Governmental Agency inspections at the various milestones during construction.

Meet with the Building Management to coordinate expected material deliveries and activities which may effect the building’s operations

Maintaining an accident free job site.
